Buon giorno

Sometimes the right thing is to save the best for last. Today is the last day of walking the temples in Sicily for Gary and me. We are about an hour and a half further along the south coast of Sicily at the huge archaeological site of Selinunte.

This site is the most westerly Hellenic colony. It sits on a high plain on the edge of the sea. The ancient city was founded in 650 BC and by the 5th century had become ...

San Vito Lo Capo, lovely town although tastefully touristic with fab beaches all around.. We're trying to do at least 1/2 hr of 'lessons' with Mitch each day and limit ipad gaming to 1hr a day....hard but he's needing some form of routine. One day he and I did a 5km round trip hike into the Zingaro National Park. It's hard to find the opportunity for one on one time with the kids, but rewarding when we can. Grace ...

... kafle uliczkami.
