... the sun with the help of SPF50 lotion, swimming and watching all around us. The water was so good we spent a lot of time going up and down the beach. All sorts of people at the beach from young to old singles, to couples , gays to straights, and from all different ethnicities so we found it interesting. More George Michaels and even a lot of Ricky Martin looking men in their speedo's flexing their muscles with their body beautifuls. There was also some super good ...

I got up at 8am, showered, dressed and then went to breakfast. I got my breakfast tray and ate it while using the WiFi. After breakfast i went back to the room, got ready for the day, then

... of people waiting for the ferry. The ferry was only 5 minutes late.

I got on, left my bags in storage and found a seat. Once on i sat, used the internet, updated and ate lunch – left over cold pizza. I also did some reading. It was only a 45 minute trip and as soon as the ferry arrived in Naxos i got off, grabbing my bags and heading for the dock. I had found out that the hotel/hostel sends a van to ...

A travel blog entry by my.scuba.tank on Apr 13, 2014

Exploring Parikia We walked towards the harbour and saw a sign leading to the traditional settlement. In Parikia, the houses are built and decorated in Cycladic style with flat roofs, whitewash walls, blue-painted doors and window frames. Nice little alleys with the locals in their daily routine and no tourist. Great, I thought. Peace at last. Paros is the third most visited islands in the Cyclades after Santorini and Mykonos so I ...
