... of the hotel so we decided to take the trip up to the observatory. The elevator whisks you up 94 floors in 39 seconds, ears popping all the way. The views are unbelievable as you will see from the photos. There is the usual Visitor Attraction Retail available but at $10 for a fridge magnet we gave that a body swerve.

We started with the Lurie Gardens, apparently this part of the park is a bit of a hidden gem that people don't always see.
