From our hotel InterContinental Festival City, we woke to a lovely view overlooking the city and the impressive Burj Khalifa.

We had our first experience with the Ramadan Festival at breakfast, where during sunlight hours no one can eat or drink in public. The breakfast restaurant was closed off with a curtain.
