Welcome to Onawym's final blog entry. I'm actually back home now safe and sound, me and Wym are 10,683 miles wearier but hopefully enriched from the experience (well me anyway, the poor old van is just the best part of 11,000 miles more worn out)

3. SUN STUDIO
I have wanted to go here since watching 'Million Dollar Quartet' in the West End Years ago. Such a great musical, full of Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins & Jerry Lee Lewis songs. The studio had a real atmosphere, full of good vibes.
It was good to see a comparison of 2 of the most famous recording studios, surrounded in history, where magic & music that never ages was recorded.
... at one point. I did quite enjoy it though!! I think I managed over an hours sleep. I then watched an interview with Joss Whedon.
Just got home & first thing mum did was made me a decent cuppa tea - thanks Mum!
Journey home was ok although I had a serious case of nodding dog at one point. Julie took a couple of diversions as the traffic was bad in a couple places. We called in Pizza Hut ...
... was very friendly and started chatting with the groundskeeper and asked who my people were. They said there were many Clapps in the area and yes, I looked like one of them! (We would probably be 10th cousins). He left me in Sidbury to visit the church where one of my family was baptized. After visiting that church and cemetery I had a pint at the Red Lion while I waited for the bus back to Exeter. East Ave Roomies-- Did we used to go to a Red Lion in Point? Dogs ...
