As we waited we saw so many people everywhere, the station seems to be more like a half way house for those who are homeless. People loiter the area mainly for shelter from the heat and rain, there were people sleeping on the ground, some only half clothed, some disabled, some missing limbs, groups of children, ...

I got some fantastic photo's without a sole about due to going in at opening time, it was truly spectacular and cannot believe people who come to India and dont see it. I also got a few photo's from the bench made famous by Princess Diana.

... the tracks opposite, no sooner than it had stopped, a group of 6 hopped out of the sleeper carriage and walked to the 'luggage carriage'. In what seemed a rehearsed approach the group then went about smashing the lock on the carriage door, gradually levering it open bit by bit until they could start throwing out all manner of parcels back onto the tracks.
