Deep Water Cay Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, 912-756-7071
Just finished posting my impromptu trip to Nasau and Exuma, Bahamas experiencing the real Bahamas.
I am patiently waiting for my passport to be returned to me by Fedex. My passport is in the Italian Consulate in Miami for my Schengen Visa.
Funny, coz, I already have everything arranged, trip ticket and reservation to hostels, except for the Schengen Visa.
I am hoping I will be given a visa and that it will come to me in time for my trip scheduled in November 2-15.

I was at the airport since 4pm..... The travel time: 30 minutes.
Make things worst:::::: Powerboat Adventure is fully booked for four days.....
What are we going to do? I have not heard of Islandworld Adventures as yet.
I just purchased online, a round trip ticket to Rome, Italy as a requirement in getting a SCHENGEN VISA. I will fly Continental Airlines.
hostelworld.com for places to stay.
Rome, Venice, Florence then back to Rome for a flight to Milan.
I hope, I will be given a visa......I hate applying for visa.
... over to Port Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island where we will be headquartered for the late Fall 2009 and Winter of 2010.
Wahoo fishing is especially good from the Freeport / Lucaya / West End of Grand Bahama in the Fall and Winter. We have several guests coming over to fish but still have many days open so let us know your plans.

I already have booked a flight departing from Freeport to San Jose, Costa Rica via Miami. Mariselle is from there, need I say that she's Corta Rican? She's a nurse in the same hospital where I am working and is married to a colleague of mine. She invited me since she knew I wanted to go there.

... I wanted to do before. I can’t thank my parents enough for all the support and help they are giving me so I can fulfill my dream. Thank you!
We only spent 2 days in Florida to get last minute things as well as malaria pills for Nikolas. I couldn’t believe how expensive they were, $100 for 14 pills. Ouch….I’m glad I ...
Freeport - Since when did the Bahama's version of Jersey become a cruise destination? This port definitely isn't Bermuda. It was strange to see all of the factories, plants, tanks, and smokestacks in what's supposed to be an island paradise. There was trash everywhere. It looks like the way the Chesapeake Bay used to look, but worse. Of course, this could be mostly from the hurricane, but who knows. I almost think Norwegian and the other ...
Freeport, Bahamas beckymike... pointed out some various sites and we asked him about the crime rate and the fences. He said that construction companies put them up to keep people from taking tools, generators, and supplies and the families that move in just leave them up. He said the crime rate really isn't that bad at all. We drove over a bridge and Ben stopped the van and asked if our ears were popping.....because we were at the highest point on the entire island. LOL.....note to ...
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas starr_sun... that there are only about 3 of these systems in the world. I've been to the Bahamas before, but I've never had to do work with Bahamians. Let me tell you from experience, Island time is sloooooow. And if you push them, they only work slower. I completed all my work running circles around the Bahamians and still had time to see some sights without falling behind. Quite a cool experience, check out the pictures.
Freeport, Bahamas tbassplayer... the "hall". And, strangely, while Nicholas, Jean-Marc, Alain, and Pierre seemed unable to grasp the intricate workings of our nautical ******* (just a hint: you don't want to leave the bowl overflowing with urine on a violently rocking boat) I swear they only used the head maybe once a day each, unfortunately for their wetsuits, I presume. As for night noise, Laynni loudly proclaimed to anyone that would listen her amazement that there were no snorers to contend ...
