    ... broom in flower and many wild
    flowers. Lizards, butterflies and tortoises abound.We camped by the
    lovely lake in Ionannan, then continued up into the Vikos Gorge.
    Breathtaking views. Many ancient, folk villages such as Mondrendo, and
    opportunities to hike, and camp in the wild. As long as there re no
    camping grounds in the vicinity, we are managing to wild camp, safely,
    with no issues.

    ... hotel’s philosophy. Feel free and comfortable as if you are at a friend’s house, relax and simply enjoy this exceptional service.

    While at the lobby I came across guests popping down for a drink, a tea or a snack with their slippers on. This is wonderful, I even had the chance to talk with several and we discussed this a lot. The bar remains open throughout the night as well. The atmosphere is way too homely anyway. As it is a ...

    ... and green. We finally decided to stay at Hotel Ariadni, at Agio Anna beach. We went and asked about the hotel and the nearby restaurant and as we walked in Troy got excited that there was only Greek menus. His words were “yes finally”. Oh yeah we are the only ones in this small hotel (30 euro) and this place is so deserted. I think locals look at us in a bit of shock when they see us.
