... in an effort to escape. At Enkhuizen we left the Markermeer and entered the IJsselmeer - still freshwater and shallow. Having got very fed up with the depth alarm going off continuously we disabled it and set ourselves to keep a careful eye on the depth gauge.

If I hadn't brought my e-ticket online, I could have bought a combi ticket from the Arriva van specially set up for that purpose.
