    Jos and Fenny take me to nearby Assen to see the Drents Museum (gallery). The building is old, not surprising, and has been lifted to allow windows to be placed at the bottom.     ... washing machine for our clothes. The campsite has free hot water showers and WiFi too! We both agree it is the nicest place so far, I will put up photos tomorrow.

    Speaking of tomorrow. We may be altering plans to save a day by taking a ferry to Emden then cycling straight north. This will give us 2 days at Oskar's house and make the journey more relaxed knowing we are ahead of schedule.

    ... was a bit more rugged with bumps, roots and big puddles to navigate through with the buggies. Just part of the fun! We walked for about an hour. Tygo and Beau enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Across the road from the carpark was cafe so we had coffee in the sun before heading home.

We also found a huge camping store- the Dutch seem to love camping - and got a fantastic awning for our caravan so we now have a bit of shelter outside, and don't have to be cooped up inside so much!
