... course Mum’s developed a taste for beer now so after heading through the celebrations in the main square, we stopped for lunch at a classically authentic restaurant Veronique had recommended - Mum pushed away the wine menu and ordered a beer instead. ... weather really limits how long our patio season is and of course this year was terrible to say the least. As I write this blog, I see Calgary's weather today is high of 5 degrees and possibility of snow. This summer was a write off in Calgary.
