... even used to be beer delivery in the village, like milk. They now make a strong beer (6% and 9% alcohol) but over the centuries have experimented with many kinds of beer and it was very insteresting to see the old machinery, including the original chiller used to make pilsner, an ammonia compressor.
The second best part of the tour, after the free beer sample at the end, was the view from the roof. Gorgeous.
