    the next morning saw a slow ans groggy start but the deluge outside made it easy to sleep a little later. eventually things eased up and we headed back into the city to explore and savor the tastes and sights of the Dam.     ... are definitely more cars. Cyclists are still out, many with umbrellas and some with no protection at all, hopefully their destination isn't far. Brunch is cooking and I can't wait to taste it, especially with the new ingredients (Dutch ham, double eggs, coffee, and spices). I cut up a sweet mango and it was so good, don't tell Kit but I ate 3 pieces already after he said not too. A lovely rainy day ahead, details to come!
