The cabana we stayed in was brilliant. There is a coffee maker, digital TV, fridge, a private balcony and bathroom. Didn't want to leave!

    The almost perfect travel accomodation

We stayed in room #5. Good central location, nice clean rooms, good hot water, good quiet AC. Hammocks on all the porches and a nice little courtyard for guests with lounges and picnic tables. The bathroom wall is only 3/4 high so "bathroom noises" aren't private but it does allow for a nice cross breeze from the ocean. The owners and their dogs are great. The bed was a bit hard but after the first night you get used to it. I would definitely stay there again.

This morning was absolutely incredible. We started with an amazing breakfast at a place called 'Ice and Beans'. They served amazing ice coffee and mini doughnuts with cinnanmon sugar or chocolate. The cafe is right on the beach and was just so idilic. We then went snorkeling on the Belize great barrier reef (second biggest reef in the world) with a …

Beard After reading about 'Shark-Ray Alley' (a playground for the sea's big boys) a few days in Caye Caulker shot to the top of our 'to-do' list in Belize. Jacob and Shorty, the two blokes that run 'The Spearfishing Shack', took responsibility for ours and 7 others people's lives as we took to Belizian Waters in search of sharks, stingrays and …

... and had managed to get water stuck in my ear. Lame. We sailed back and because it took so long we also saw the sunset! So beautiful. AND we saw dolphins as they swam alongside our boat. Many rum punches later we hit land. Seriously one of the most amazing days. Incredible. For dinner we went back to Rosa's where I had the chicken kebab - delicious. And we saw the friendly faced intrepid leader from ...
