... felt like we were on a roller coaster. After that we went through and they showed us how to taste beer and at the end we could get 2 free beers but none of us had ours! That's 6 wasted beers!! ... and a spot of lunch followed taking till about 4.30. We have now moved Eriska around to the front of the main marina building where most of the S&S boats will moor for the weekend - apart from the big guys who'll be just across the way. Plans are to head into Chinatown this evening for dinner.

Today we went on a bus tour to a quaint little village Zaanse Schans. Quaint little houses, windmills, clog factory, cheese factory with demonstrations.. And very touristy, therebwerevquite a few busses there, and lits of locals. the weather has been kind to us so far, but turned a little cold while we were at this village,

Afterwards we were taken back to the ship which had moved ...

... direction to the center city. Can I just say I was so AMAZED at how great the Dutch speak English. I barely heard an accent and at some points I had to question if they were even really Dutch. Very impressing.

Day 1 - So we finally arrive to the center city via the metro from the bus station. As soon as we walked out from the train station, you just new that this city was going to be different from any other! Canals ...
