... and get-togethers in the evenings. The people in Amsterdam love sitting at cafes having drinks and gathering with friends in the parks. They enjoy being outdoors every summer day and evening. We also see many groups of people in small boats on the canals, just cruising around, having a drink and enjoying the weather. Summer in Amsterdam is sociable and lived out of doors. ... asked if I knew them, I obviously didn't because they live in Perth but it was sweet listening.

I headed back to my hotel and stopped at a small café that I can't remember the name of, but it was really cute. I got a coffee and these weird noodle things that tasted awesome, I've bought myself popcorn and I'm sitting in my room in my hotel room eating popcorn and watching movies. Sort of feels like home.

... if it's legal then the workers have rights like any other profession and if something is happening that isn't right then at least they can go to the police and have the protection of the law. It sure beats the sex slave/trafficking industry that is rampant in other parts of the world. It was eye opening walking through the streets lined with windows, red lights shining and sexy ladies winking. We learnt a couple of fun facts on the tour: the ladies will pay ...
