Hello all. Well I'm back from my Christmas break in Canada. My time was well spent with my family. I was able to make it out ice fishing a couple of times, visited friends and had a Family Fire Fun Day to boot! Those are always my favourite. We all had a wonderful Christmas present with my newest nephew, Jaxon being born. I was glad that I got to see him, and have a feeling that I will be disappointed when I have a second nephew/niece being born at ...

... dinner. I had my first Mince Pie and we also had
Yorkshire pudding. I almost felt British for an evening!

      I was invited to
a teacher’s house to have lunch with her in Fourras one Saturday, Hector, Dana
and I went to visit Ile d’Oleron, one Sunday, which was a bad idea because everything

      I have been
invited to have lunch with a couple of other teachers ...

      We are very happy.

But anyways, Raclette is traditionally cheese (for raclette), meat and potatoes. I would say that it is cheese fondu, and you put it over meat and potatoes when it has melted. But you can also ...

      Canadian Tea! What?

One day in a big grocery store we went to check out, Dana
showed me this tea that is called “Infusion Canada” so of course I had to buy
it. Apparently the flavor is apple and maple syrup. When we got home we tried
it and it is REALLY good. I would definitely recommend it. I ...
