    ... to enjoy the beautiful Het Loo gardens. Trimmed hedges, monuments, bright green grass, and the refreshing spray sound and sight of grand fountains made for a relaxing stroll in the sunshine.

    ... loonies in trainers, wiht kit bags that I thought there was a chance the run would take place. It was also at this unplanned stop that we were all given coffee to make up for the delay to our train (which was only 20 minutes) - are you listening UK train providers.

    We finally made it to Amsterdam, despite our 13 hour trip (should have taken 6.5 hours), Our train was delayed, which would have sucked if it wasn't for meeting a few other backpackers who were kind enough to share their beers (from Tennessee, Georgia and Finland). We made the best of the situation and had a party at the train station which made the delay less irritating and more enjoyable.
