... Highlights of dinner included: very refreshing ice tea, the waiter approaching us saying someone smelt nice but neither of us were wearing perfume, Jess playing footsy with me forgetting that I wasn’t her boyfriend, and Jess ordering a muffin ( you might of needed to be there)!

After we had paid and left the restaurant I realised I had left my map with the car park details on so we had to just play it by ear and Jess let me ...

So we headed off strolling the alleyways and shops heading back towards the main square. Our first sight to see was the Mankken Pis, which I renamed to the Mankie ****. This is a little statue fountain of a small boy peeing into a pond below. Any visiting representatives from another country often bring a ...

... Polish community or lodge and we had to push on. It started getting late, and we started desperately to look for places to stay, but all of them were full.

We arrived in Delft, and followed the GPS to where a Best Western was supposedly located right in the centre of town. We had to park right on the Canal edge. There was no curb stone, barrier of any kind or even a bump on the edge of the road to mark the drop-off into the canal, so if you didn't ...
