      ... winter
      trip, and we had a great time, although I think we were a bit unlucky to catch a spell of not such good weather. We have learnt a lot, like the areas which we like best and which places are likely to get consistently dry warm weather. We tried lots of different campsites and now have an idea which sort best suit our needs.
      We enjoyed our month away and will probably do it again next year, bur most likely for a bit longer...... !

      Well, it's cold and snowy and thoroughly miserable.  So to cheer myself up, I thought I would turn my attention to the (almost) imminent trip to S Africa.  I feel warmer already!  We leave on Monday and everything is ready - except for the packing!   So stand by for the forthcoming blog.  This will not be daily but it will, at worst, be weekly, so keep an eye out for future updates ...

      ... she had done, yes I saw the Passion Flower, it looked great. There were many tempting kits to choose from and I looked for one that looked achievable for me, and chose a white work lavender bag with a Scottish thistle in white work. The class began and Jenny moved around helping each one in turn to get started and from there steadily moving from one to the other and showing different methods.       ... later as the day progresses...... Met the neighbours last night as they came over for dinner and of course by very popular request I cooked my specialty Tai Green Curry Chickin which went down a treat....Drank my favourite Chardy being Yellow Tail and this time I slept the whole night not waking up at 3.00am as in the past. Not a great deal today went out to the antique shops at Hartley Wintney a village and Hartford Bridge antique shop also which used to be a pub ...Speaking ...

      We are off to the New Forest for Christmas and in January we return to Spain for 3 months.

      All thats left now is to thank all of you that have taken the time to read my ramblings and I hope that you have at least enjoyed if not gained some inspiration from them.

      My final words are :- Do it while you can and enjoy it !!
