Quiet this morning and I was up with the sun as my pancake mattress was a little uncomfortable. Packed up our tent after breakfast and was very well behaved as we did not make noise to wake up the neighbors, although I really did fancy getting a wooden spoon and dinging a saucepan outside their RV. We drove for 7 hours before we arrived at Daytona Beach due to road works. At one point In our journey we were behind a driver after Tallahassee and he was weaving and then went ...

After a final walk around Key West to some of the famous tourist spots - Hemingway's house, end of Hwy A1A, and a picture at the Southern Most point in the continental US (just 90 miles to Cuba), we hit the road north. A stop at Biscayne Bay NP was a nice stop, and again we seemed to have the park to ourselves. Most of this park is also underwater, but we saw a few videos at the visitors center, and walked along a few of the boardwalks. We saw a ...

They have a web cam always on the stage, so if you want a little taste of Key West, Google Smoking Tuna and enjoy a little of Key West. Our day ended on the beach next the hotel, sitting on chairs with our feet in the sand, looking at the stars. A short time in Key West, but we will be back. ... see a smaller crocodile cursing in a small watery ditch near the side of the road. The Everglades is huge, and you can only see a very small portion of it via road ways, but what we did see was wild and untouched by humans. The end of the road was a visitor center and marina. I think there were about 10 people and some very deserted campgrounds. It was very quiet and ...

... good. Leon grabbed the bill before we knew what happened. He is as sneaky as my dad was. Thanks for dinner!

We stopped for a couple of pictures and then headed back home. We plan to head back to the beach tomorrow.

Well, the exciting part of the day is over so I am finishing my blog and doing some relaxing. Tomorrow may not be too exciting for those of you in the audience, but I am sure something of interest could come up.

          See you ...
