... got a cuddle and a photo with him! It was an absolutely amazing experience. So when it was all over we walked back down the street looking for some food, but as it was Christmas Eve, everything was closing up. We went to an off license for some wine, beer and snacks for the next day, then went down temple bar to the Indian restaurant, Aleena, that we'd gone to last time. We got a meal, and the waiter there recognised us, and gave us a free glass of wine each ...
On Wednesday I worked from home as I had to write up a document, so I got up early enough and made myself some nice coffee with fresh beans I ground. Tesco was closed so still no hair dryer for G.
Day began bright and sunny but showery during the pub crawl in the evening.
Back home to pack and rest.
