Salina: Kit got up earlier than the usual work days in the morning. When it's about leisure, he can be pretty disciplined. We turned off water inside the house, unplugged most of the electronics, set the living room light on timer, and tossed the garbage out. Now, we are officially ready to go!

... Go Silver! It was a very exciting time when we figured this out. So the Silver and Gold Units will be going to Camp Mendocino this next week. Tomorrow, however, I will be trained in van driving since only 5 out of our 9 team members can drive. Sunday I signed up for a 5k however, we had to many people and I think I was bumped from the list. Oh well.
For now this is all I have to report, but I will keep you posted!

... were nuts. Saw heaps of squirrels at Capitol Park including one deceased one. Took a few pics of them too. Walked around Californias State Capitol building. It was lovely, don't know if Arnie was there today or not but we said hello anyway. They had a big Christmas tree out the front too and a few Christmas wreaths above the main entry way.
