I Heart Ohio
... from logs before being sent to the mill, hence the name. The campgrounds are thick with lush vegetation and many hiking trails, bridle/snowmobile paths, and a swimming lake. Would love to spend time here in the winter and enjoy activities like ice skating, sledding, cross country skiing, ice fishing and ice boating.
Well NYC is calling, so as much as we'd like to stay another day...we're gonna roll on.

... Columbus Zoo. You don't have to zip line. A 2 1/2 hour trip in an open bus is also offered. What an experience.
So, we picked up Ella Jane in Wheeling and off to Marietta we went. We spent the night there before heading out early to zip line in The Wilds. What a day we had. It was pretty exciting.

We drove into Wheeling, West Virginia which is Jared's home town. He was excited to get into town and see his family. We arrived at Uncle Greg's house where we were greeted by Greg and Rita, I got the grand tour, we said hi to Pap, and then we went to Ye Old Alpha to see Jared's cousin Alexa and Jared's Aunt Ellen. The bar is a familiar place for those from Wheeling and is a great place for the family to catch up. We ordered two HUGE appetizers - bruchetta and a Greek platter. ...
