... When we arrived at Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal we were dismayed by the enormous spiralling queue to catch the express bus to Victoria.
If you are prepared to wait for your Fish and Chips the extremely popular Red Fish, Blue Fish wil not disappoint! I ordered the Salmon Tempura and Hand cut chips.. Yum. We had to wait about 45 mins but it was hands down, the best fish and chips I've ever had!
