... pair of underwear. Changed that and went another couple hundred miles and guess what? BAAAM! This time no damage because the damage was already done. No damage to underwear this time. Stayed overnight in a rest area till we could get two new tires installed the next morning.

We made it to Lexington, North Carolina without any more problems and mooched off Phil and family for a week. They showed us around the area and as always ...

... oldest Live Oak in the park -- 36 foot circumfrance and 1000 years old. It is very knarled but georgeous in its own way. Glenn tried to find a woodpecker we could hear but never could find it.

We went back to a grove of orange and tanergine trees which appeared to have been planted and Glenn finally was able to get a couple for us.
