We left Winnipeg all rested up. Stayed in a nice hotel that was very clean and very pet friendly. We were headed to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park in Thunder Bay. We saw a little of downtown Winnipeg and then headed on our way. We joined up with the Transcanada Hwy at the Royal Canadian Mint Museum, but we knew we couldn't spare the time to stop there. There is an island in Lake Superior called Sleeping Giant because it looks like an enormous man laying on his back in the water. I am dreaming of sleeping as soundly as that stone giant, surrounded with today's images of Lake Superior. zzzzzzz.
