Trying to warm up my mom at the parking lot dust bowl patch of stones and dirt, I leapt out of sync for a volley and had to gracefully ease myself into a fall onto the bases of my hands, using the grip of the racket in my hand as landing abrasion matter. ... was the same as in Regina. Boo!! That was a lot of driving for no benefit! However, the difference is that while the night-time temps hover around 0 C, the daytime highs are worth the effort.
