... Shoshoni, was a modern day ghost town. There was a mushroom mill that shutdown in the late 90's so now every building on main street but two or three are deserted with broken windows. Another sunny, hot day. The plan was to go camping at Big Horn National Forest but after a 2 hour drive through the fields of Wyoming, we found that most of the camping sites in the forest were closed due to snow. We found a nice picnic area & sat, ate lunch and looked at these snow covered twin peaks ( Big Horn Peaks) another beautiful site.
