    We got up early and planned a productive day. First we hit the local YMCA to get in a good workout and a much needed shower. We wanted to get a little hiking in as we hadn't been doing a lot of exercise lately and it was a beautiful day outside. We drove to the Canaveral national Seashore and stopped in at their visitor center to get some hiking ideas.     We tend to do the simple things, the easy stuff, things within our comfort zones. But if we want to be great, we've got to take risks, welcome changes, travel the road less traversed and leave a mark.
