We wanted to get a little hiking in as we hadn't been doing a lot of exercise lately and it was a beautiful day outside. ... the place. I gotta say the heat is wearing you out quicker than i thought, so its kinda tough sometimes. You gotta really find the right mindset, and its all mental games whether you cAn do it or not. I stopped a couple of times to drink a half litre of water everytime, because you dehydrate so quickly. The music im listening to while cycling on my big headphone is really helping as well. Today techno and hardstyle is on ...
