... Elizabethtown in KY. Very nice driving day but did have a few showers. We drove through Lexington, the homes in this area were large with endless white fencing all around the properties. There was even a castle and one property that had a lighthouse that looks like one at Peggy’s Cove. Staying at a nice campground and the temps are in the low 20s.

Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park – Millington, TN
A short driving day is always a good thing. We left Maumelle about 9:30 and were in Meeman-Shelby by noon-thirty.
