... Then it was over to Twister ... a so so ride, more of an experience type attraction.
The boys dragged us to the Transformers ride. This is a new ride from our previous visit. Very well done, we loved it. Again it is a 3D ride and very immersive and of course we had to do it a couple of times.

Today, Kevin and I celebrated 16 years of marriage. So awesome to celebrate at the "happiest place on earth!"
We had a very relaxed morning, sleeping in and watching cartoons. It was so nice not to have to rush out. The kids went out in the morning to the gift shop to get us an anniversary present. So sweet! They got us a picture frame, so we can add a photo when we get home. :)
Just before noon, we jumped ...
... on and we melted onto the bed. Not 10 minutes back, there was an almighty crack outside, we both jumped up to look outside, we thought at first something was kicking off outside or gunshot. Nope nothing untoward going on, we sat back down, to hear another enormous rumble & crack so loud overhead and the rain then started. Looking out the window it was raining only on one half of the car park and we watched it slowly move down to our end.... Bizarre after a few more ...
... coaster. It quickly escalated itself to the best ride I've ever been on. It had heaps of loops and upside downs and barrel rolls. And it was fast! Perfect! We were on a high.
Next up was Doctor doom fear fall. Basically a smaller version of the giant drop at dreamworld, except the opposite direction. It catapults you up then lets you down slowly as opposed to the opposite.

Then the RV awaited us! After a useless taxi driver – who had to be directed by Rupert and his phone's GPS – we made it to the El Monte pick up place, which was basically a shack in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately they appeared seriously disorganised – and our 1 o’clock pick up was delayed until about 2.30. Finally at 3.00 we were given our RV – a huge van with double bed at back, bunk bed, 2 slide outs and ...
