    ... once. The sun squeezed through the clouds about midday so we even got a bit of tanning done too. Still aiming for the "pre tan" before Cancun.     ... thing I've done all week since I am now sitting here getting ready to tell you all about those things that I have done!

    After a couple of days of resting, adjusting, planning and preparing it was time to put action to words on a page with a home cooked kickoff dinner of baked salmon, fresh broccoli and sweet potato fries nicely complimented with a glass of pinot grigio a christening of sorts. ...
