    We are really enjoying Tucson -- sprawling in that the population is just shy of the half-million mark, and beautiful in that it enjoys the stark splendor of the Sonoran Desert with the lovely Santa Catalina Mountains as a backdrop and the towering cacti of the Saguaro National Park at its doorstep.
