... all, loud chaotic music. The rain finally quit around 8pm, just in time to grab a beer from the state-run 'beer store', and watch the sunset from camp. I found another riverfront campsite on the edge of town, that's two in a row! Other than being woken up around midnight by kids hitting golf balls into the water, it was a great night. Nairn Centre ON > Sturgeon Falls ON, 87 miles, day ...

What we learnt from this section of the highway, is to remember to never ever drive on it again The alternate route along the East shore of Lake Superior is far more scenic, and even if it took an hour or so longer, it would be worth it as the traffic is much lighter and is certainly very scenic.
Woke up to a bright and sunny day and after enjoying tea and coffee at the picnic table we headed out in search of wifi and a resolution to our GPS problem. Although the campground was noted as a "wifi hotspot", we don't have it at our site. I guess that's the difference between "wifi hotspot" and "wifi" in a campground listing. Now I know one more thing!
We went to The Source to ask for help with the GPS. ...
... As we approached North Bay and tried to find an address on the GPS we discovered that Canadian street addresses weren't coming up. Aarrggghh!
After getting set up (even with full hook ups and taking bike off trailer it only takes about a half an hour) we headed out for a ride and had supper at Eastside Mario's.
The campground is crowded but is nice and quiet - no train or boat whistles or highway ...
... attest that I have successfully completed each of these objectives.
Félix and Sébastien are now in school; their reality will hit more than mine as I am on leave until the next school year.
