David and I couldn't really fathom why - after coming all this way and considering the excellent value of the whole tour - they wouldn't want to shell out a mere £7 on top to go up the Skylon Tower. Our driver recommended that going to the top of the Skylon Tower was the only way of properly seeing the whole of Niagara Falls in one go, and that we would have a better appreciation of the Niagara Falls ...
