      Today was a day to reacquaint ourselves with the Upper West side and Central Park. After a pretty good night's sleep, we rugged up and headed towards Central Park. When we were here last year, the park was covered with snow. This year there is no snow (yet, but we live in hope), so we can see lawn and contours of the land that were hidden last year. The ponds are still frozen and we saw some not so bright people try walking out onto the pond. ...

      ... second to none. We spent some time in the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge Park on the far side, watching the world go by, the small fearless birds looking for food and the endless helicopters landing at the heliport we had been at yesterday.

      ... made me even prouder to be a Geordie. The music is amazing, the set, the staging everything seemed perfect. Hopefully it will transfer so I can be it, the main girls part was awesome.       ... York past, present and future! This place would be amazing to take a group of students to as the amount of things that they would learn about New York is just overwhelming. The students would be able to visit all of the wonderful museums and enjoy the wonderful scenery New York has to offer.
