Everything has greened up beautifully here in Texas, with all the spring showers. The wild flowers blanket the roadsides in blue, yellow, red and pink. We had a nice Easter, went to Brunch at the Alsace Hotel up the road. It was pretty darned good and I ate too much, of course. Naturally, I had to take a nap to help digest brunch. Having experienced this once now, I'm not so sure we will be able to cruise again in a regular cabin. But that takes extra $$ and maybe wouldn't have been so sweet without the last minute 'deal' Jody found.
Like all cruise ...

... Sit down now before you read any further: We paid $990.00 per person for all of the package above…no bull. We purchased insurance (which was optional at $99.00 X 2) and needed VISAs ($227.00 X 2). I paid three times more to upgrade my airline tickets to Business Class than what it cost for the package.

We asked why the package was so cheap; David’s response was they are trying to get winter tourist to their country, and wanted to see if this ...
