We had ordered perfect weather for the drive, the clouds looked like they had been painted onto a bluer than blue sky. Hardly a breeze to worry us and being on the secondary roads we had the place virtually to ourselves.

I really wanted to find the local pub and have a drink with the locals, after a few tries of walking into establishments and promptly walking back out of them (because they just weren't what we were looking for), we found the Town & Country Lounge. Immediately we realize it doesn't seem that they serve food. We ask the waitress and she tells us they have a nacho dispenser (omg lol) and microwaveable hamburgers (hahaha). We decide to stay ...
... again. Heaps of waterfalls, many to the road edge, sheer drops off the side of the roadway, staggeringly high mountains, snow and hot sunshine. Without doubt, this would be the most beautiful place we have been to in the US. Not the best ride, far from it, but we would recommend this before Yellowstone any time. Talked to some bikers about the road and where we had been, and were going. They live in Kalispell ...
