We spent the night in the RV at Cheaha State Park in Talladega Alabama.
We arrived early enough to take some pics as we headed up the mountain.
Poor RV had a tough time getting up some of the hills. I think we were down to about 15 MPH on a few of the steeper ones. What happens when we get out west :(

... out of MS on I 22. The first half of the drive was SO easy. So easy that I was wondering if a disaster had hit the area and I was the only person left alive to drive the freeway. The traffic was waiting for me as I neared Birmingham. Even on a Saturday, getting through B and staying on I 22 was a bit of a challenge, and the roads were fairly bumpy. AL becomes more hilly as I head East, crossing numerous rivers and through Taladega National ...

... It is a self proclaimed Beer town of America and there are almost 20 micro brewers in the local area. We had a great night at this cool bar which was also a bike shop, so much so that they let us stay and continue drinking with the staff after it closed. I was shocked by their award wages though and one guy who was in his thirties was still only getting paid $8 hour.

From Ashville we headed towards Tsalli to do some mountain biking but due to the ...
