After picking up our cool little Toyota motor we headed up to Green Bay. The Wisconsin countryside is beautiful and made me and Adrian both think respectively of our home countries. I guess it was the farm landscapes. They are beautiful.

Woke up this morning listening to thunder and rain in Fayette, Mo. It was pouring rain when I finally left Fayette. Mary's hubby left before I woke up and I was unable to say thank you and good bye to him. Mary made me a very healthy breakfast. Six egg whites with cheicken breast and cheese.

Well, I've started this travel blog a little prematurely, but I'm too excited to keep everything quiet. Trisha and I have officially started saving for our world travel adventure which will begin on the 6th of April 2010. Still deciding exactly where to start our trip and how it's all going to work out. All I know is that it WILL happen. 9 months to go. Until then this blog will help me organize my thoughts, ideas and potential travel destinations. Can't wait to get started.

So....I signed up with a volunteer program to teach English in Costa Rica for a week next Feb/March! :) Maybe I'm crazy to schedule something else so soon, but I couldn't help it. I'm very excited about this opportunity, and even though it's a long way off, I know it will get here quickly. I know this will be a meaningful and rewarding experience for me.

I didn't know how involved the abdominal muscles are in almost every movement that the body performs.
