... mountains there was "The Mountain" -- totally and unbelievably awesome! Mt. Rainier, a towering, ice-clad volcano rising 14, 410 feet, is the striking Northwest landmark. The cap of glacial ice that conceals all but a few crags and ridges makes it doubly impressive -- its 35 square miles of 25 different glaciers constitute the largest single-peak glacial system in the contiguous U.S. Today we spent the afternoon with college ...

After leaving the market we caught the trolley down by the waterfront and started our tour of the city. We jumped off at Pioneer Square and visited the Klondike Gold Rush National Park museum. I left Kim at some shops to go find a bathroom, we decided on a spot to meet before I left. The loo's on the map apparently were at the food court but when I got there they were closed. So I walked around for a bit looking, I decided to ask ...

bed to where my day pack was sitting. Seb let out an “aahhhuumm….Amy.” Turns
out I had tossed the towel straight out the open window and onto the rooftop of
an adjacent building. Dang it. Farewell sweet micro towel. You will now never
fulfil your life’s purpose and I will never feel your sweet caress.

I needed action to take away the pain from the loss of my
micro towel, so Seb and I checked out, ...
