It is a nice clean hotel. It is a little bit of a walk to downtown Indianapolis, but for the price, you cannot beat it! I would definitely stay here again.

Today was the last day of the conference. The high point of the conference was the Student Luncheon where the poster winners would be presented. At the beginning of the luncheon, all of the schools were introduced. When each ones name was called, the students from that school would cheer for their school. When our school was called, we chanted "We …

Today was the second day of ANTEC. I attended a few talks, but spent more time in the exhibit area. I judged a few graduate student posters. Some of these are very good. I enjoyed talking to all of them!!

Tonight, some PSU Plastics alumni wanted to get together. We met at the Injection Molding Division's reception and visited RAM …

This morning, we walked over to the conference hotel and attended several talks. Later in the afternoon, I went back to the speedway to see the last practice until Friday. I arrived with an hour and a half to go. It was just like last week. They were running in a group and passing every lap!!! It was an excellent show!!!!

          Afterwards, the …

I had meetings again until 12:30. As soon as they adjourned the final meeting, I went to see the last day of qualifying. Yesterday, they could make multiple runs to better their speed. Today, it was one run only!!!! I got there after half the field had already qualified. They had started with the slowest car from yesterday and worked their way to …

To say I'm terrified would be a gross understatement. However, I'm looking forward to being fully immersed in a new culture; new food, new language, new people, new adventures. Here's hoping this trip is all I could've dreamed of and so much more.
