Chasing Elvis
... however, we were ready for lunch at a real Memphis BBQ. We chose Central BBQ. We shared a pulled pork sandwich (with cole slaw on it!) and a 1/4 slab of ribs. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered them "dry".....but "wet" just sounded wrong. We were ever so fond of the banana pudding, though!
