    ... in the northern part of the Indian River Lagoon. There were many varieties of beautiful birds i.e. the anhinga, spoonbill wading bird, blue heron, coots, white and brown pelicans to name a few. We thought we would see alligators but none were to be seen.

    Booked us into a Days Inn that thankfully had rooms, our first night winging it without accommodation booked a success!
