Beautiful, beautiful, day with super blue skies and a bright sun. Temperature was perfect, with a light breeze to keep cool at all times. As close to perfect as you can get. Finished with a nice walk to a restaurant nearby ON the water, with some locals playing music in the background.

No complaints... next stop: New Orleans.

After some delicious bacon and eggs I got on my travels again this morning - first the local bus back to Sarasota then up to Tallahasse via Tampa, change of bus over to Mobile then the final change to New Orleans, arriving 22 hours later! Phew!

After my OB appointment and Mom and Dad's dentist appointments, we hit the road. Arielle was pretty amazed to see a car engulfed with flames not long after we set off. (Everyone had made it out safely) We didn't make it out of Florida on the first day.
