Quiet this morning and I was up with the sun as my pancake mattress was a little uncomfortable. Packed up our tent after breakfast and was very well behaved as we did not make noise to wake up the neighbors, although I really did fancy getting a wooden spoon and dinging a saucepan outside their RV. We drove for 7 hours before we arrived at Daytona Beach due to road works. At one point In our journey we were behind a driver after Tallahassee and he was weaving and then went ...

... pebbled track that criss crossed the area, to all the different launch sites. We looked at what was left of the two shuttle platforms. One was still intact with complete tower and everything, the other, had had the tower deconstructed in preparation for another space program. It was here, in a small pond in the shadow of the shuttle launch tower that I saw my first wild America alligator. This swampy cape was covered in them as I saw many more now I knew where to look. ...

... I was disappointed that there were even 40minute lines just to take pictures with the characters (Mickey mouse etc) so I didn't get to have any :( After Magic Kingdom we finished our drive to Daytona Beach. We got to Nicole's condo a day before her and her boyfriend so we went out with her parents that night and got ourselves settled in to our room. The condo is right on the beach being on the balcony and looking out is really peaceful and it was ...
