This was our first day at the beach. We drove our Car to the beach and parked it right on the beach only a few yards from the sea. We spent almost the whole day in the atlantic ocean and liked it very much. Later in the early evening we drove to Orlando where we stay for two days at the Rosen Inn near Universal ...
After a short stop @ the Welcome Center on I95, where we got a lot of informations about Florida, we drove straight to Daytona Beach, where we found a room @ the Holiday Inn Oceanfront. After visiting our room we went for the beach and had a long walks to the pier and we ate dinner at Johnny ...

On our journey north to Savannah, we decided to stay in Daytona for the night. This is a short stay. We are in a motel on the world famous Daytona beach which is great, for only $30 each for the night.
the first thing we did when we arrived was go for a long walk down the road to the local mall. We got subway for dinner, then walked back along the beach. We saw the Daytona speedway on the way in. It is one mammoth venue.

Louia (our cab driver) had a great personality and drove us from Daytona to Fort Laurderdale with a stop in Melbourne. He took Sapna & Divya to Miami.
On the way to Fort Laurderdale, we had brunch with Pamilla who prepared a feast.
We leave on the Eastern Caribbean cruise on 17/05. No access to technology for a week.
We will soak up the sun and catch up with reading.
