While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. That 7:45am alarm was an absolute nightmare! Luckily I'd packed pretty much everything so was able to shower and not have to rush too much. We checked out of the Hilton, agreeing that we'd definitely be back there next year, and hit the road back to Atlanta.
