I didn't get a chance to go with them, because I wanted to finish unpacking, and getting setup for living here for a while. The weather here is incredibly warm, and I really don't miss the cold. I'm already acclimated to the warmth and so is Josh. On the 2nd night we decided to drive up to ...

We were given an extensive tour of the facilty and shown the journey of every shuttle before it takes off to space. The massive equipment that is needed to move the shuttles and rockets around the facility. We even got to listen to Jack Lousma, an astronaut who was in Skylab and the first shuttle missions.
