... in Childress. We had salads and chicken fried steak (me) and brisket and baked potato (Dad). The food was excellent and the check, including tax and tip, was $26. We couldn't find anything on TV so we watched Mad Men on our portable DVD player.Yes, it was a pretty boring day, as the first day always is. Yup we're back at the Cotton Gin RV park. It makes a nice place to stay for the night. Today was the most comfortable travel through Texas we've ever had at this time of year.
