... we had to go there. It was pretty fancy, though small by NJ standards. What was really nice was the lovely dinner we had while sitting outside in 80 degree weather listening to a live band play a concert (apparently this mall hosts concerts! Mall of Georgia: 1, Rockaway: 0!).

To say the least it was a nice evening where we were reminded how nice warm weather is. And of course, what relaxation feels like. Tomorrow....we go to America's largest aquarium!!! Stay tuned!

RB, being the supportive type he is, didn't see what all the fuss was about and decided to sleep in well past 8am; I was in work for 7:30. Happy Birthday to me.

The purpose of this trip was pretty simple: to do nothing and not feel guilty for it. So often while relaxing at home, I ruin it by thinking "oh, I should be doing laundry/cooking/paying bills etc". I wanted to leave town, sleep late, have no itenerary, but most importantly not feel guilty about it. We slept until 11:30 which was fabulous.
