... recently got accepted to med school at Auburn, so it was cool talking with him about how he got there. We got to Stover Creek shelter (about 2.8 miles) around 4:30 in Monday and made some dinner. The purpose of this trip was pretty simple: to do nothing and not feel guilty for it. So often while relaxing at home, I ruin it by thinking "oh, I should be doing laundry/cooking/paying bills etc". I wanted to leave town, sleep late, have no itenerary, but most importantly not feel guilty about it. We slept until 11:30 which was fabulous.
