Nashville to Little Rock 345 miles

Ok so still feel bad this morning, in fact I threw up - can't even remember the last time that happened, perhaps it wasn't the cocktail after all. Peter had a lonely breakfast, as I felt so bad. Eventually got on the road and programmed in first stop Graceland. Adding in my visit to the Kennedy and Truman Libraries, I have now enjoyed 10 of the 13 National Archive and Records Administration administered libraries. Being retired and lazy, my trip home will include one night in Nashville and then home on Thursday.

Andy helped with some chain maintenance, tightening of fasteners, general once over of the bike, as he used to run a motorcycle repair shop in High Point. We rested well that night due to Andy and his girlfriend's hospitality, and that was a good thing, cause we knew we had an even longer day the ...

... marked 50 miler, take you out of the city into the surrounding countryside. Going east, it's pancake flat; going west is full of ups and downs with some serious climbs, including one that Lance Armstrong did during a race in the '90's.

While the trail brings cyclists of all abilities together, serious cyclists abound. Central Arkansas is home to Competitive Cyclist, a ...
